| Which warranty is covering products purchased from AllCaT Instruments? |
All our instruments are guaranteed for 12 months (24 or 36 months for some force gauges or scales) as from the date of delivery, except for the consequences of normal wear and tear on parts, negligence, incorrect installation or misuse. The guarantee does not cover spare parts or parts considered as consumables in the profession, such as batteries, electrodes, cells, thermocouples, fuses, etc. The costs of carriage must be borne by the customer. |
| What are the conditions of payment at AllCaT Instruments ? |
Payment is made by cheque (EEC banks only) or by bank transfer only, under the agreed conditions and without discount. Orders are payable prior to delivery or sent with Cash on Delivery, without discount. Please consult our Conditions of Sale for more information. |
| What are the conditions of delivery at AllCaT Instruments ? |
Orders for an amount of € 300 or over excl. VAT, are delivered carriage paid in EEC countries. An inclusive fee of € 45 excl of VAT for packaging, carriage and insurance is charged for all orders of less than € 300 excl of VAT. A further fee of € 42 excl of VAT is charged for orders with a unit weight of 20 kg or over, and for goods sent with Cash on Delivery. Please consult our Conditions of Sale for more information. |

AllCaT has at its disposal a calibration department whose procedures have been certified in accordance with BS EN ISO 9000 and equipment covered by a COFRAC traceability system. The price of calibration procedures is given on the page of each concerned product on our website. |
| Where do I get technical drawings with exact dimensions of gauges sold by AllCat Instruments ? |
If you want to use our gauges as components of complex test systems, you may need exact dimensions of the force and torque gauges from our catalogue. PDF documents with technical drawings and complete dimensions are now available and can downloaded from the pages of following instruments: AG, BG, CG, EG, MG, NK and CNR force gauges, and MGT, CNR-DL torque gauges. |
| May I let AllCaT Instruments repair my products ? |
During the time of warranty, AllCaT Instruments is taking care of the reparation of its products according to the terms of our Conditions of Sale. After these 12 months, AllCaT can provide repair services for you, and it will forward an estimate to you prior to carrying out the work. |
